Shipping & Returns
We hope you love your Prae Wellness purchase, however if you are not 100% happy, we have a returns policy in place.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn with all original tags attached. Original packaging must be in tact and seals must remain unbroken (if applicable)
• Perishables including food and supplements cannot be returned
• Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition
All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.
We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment or a change of mind, so please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding sizing or any other product related queries. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return.
Prae Wellness reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our conditions, and will return the item to sender.
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Sale Items
How do I return my item?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please go to our online portal to start the refund process.
You will then be notified if your return has been approved, and we will inform you of the next steps.
The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the item and not the return shipping costs.
The arrival time for your returned product may vary depending on where you are located.
If you are shipping an item with a value of over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you wish to return your item in-store, it will not be processed immediately. This will need to be assessed and processed by our online team. You will receive confirmation of your return via email once it has been processed.
Can I exchange my item?
As we order in limited numbers, our curated products sell quickly, so we recommend that you purchase your desired item to ensure that you don’t miss out. If you choose to return your purchase, we will refund you as soon as possible once we have accepted your return. We also recommend purchasing your new desired item before your return has been processed in case it sells out.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
If you’ve received a gift that you wish to return, you must ensure that it adheres to our returns policy. Once we have approved your return and received your item, you will receive a gift certificate of the same value via email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you first check your bank account again and then contact your banking provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially received. If you have followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you feel that your item has a manufacturing defect or is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase, along with proof of purchase and any images and details about the item.

You are shopping on the official Prae Wellness site, all prices stated below are in Australian Dollar
(AUD$). All orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
Our trusted delivery partner, Australia Post, are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping | 2-7 business days | $10
Express Shipping | 1-4 business days | $15
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, including tracking details. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping provider and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which Prae Wellness cannot be held responsible for.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another, we only accept one discount code per sale. Once a sale is finalised no further discount codes can be applied.
