Any Prae Wellness product(s) damaged or faulty during transit and/or upon arrival are covered under warranty. Proof of purchase is required and contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery/collection.
To submit a warranty claim, you must notify the customer service team at hello@praewellness.com providing proof of purchase and relevant photographic evidence of the fault to enable an assessment of the issue/fault. We may request further information or the product(s) to be returned for an in-house assessment.
If warranty applies, the manufacturer will replace or refund (whole/partial), at their discretion, the item that is deemed defective.
