GLOWING SKIN VIA THIS SIMPLE SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Get up and Glow Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

 

100g of mixed frozen berries

1 teaspoon of Glow Supercharged Powder

½ scoop of Body Vanilla Powder

¾ cup of almond milk (or any nut milk of your choice)

¼ cup of coconut yoghurt

¼ ripe avocado

2 Brazil nuts

¼ lime (juiced)

 

 

Method:

 

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
