Prae will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page.

All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

Warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults and does not include any incidental or consequential damages resulting from incorrectly using/cleaning Prae product(s) or any defects caused by general wear and tear.

Any Prae product(s) damaged or faulty during transit and/or upon arrival are covered under warranty. Proof of purchase is required and contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery/collection.

To submit a warranty claim, you must notify the customer service team at, providing proof of purchase and relevant photographic evidence of the fault to enable an assessment of the issue/fault. We may request further information or the product(s) to be returned for an in-house assessment.

If warranty applies, the manufacturer will replace or refund (whole/partial), at their discretion, the item that is deemed defective.
